Brand Guide is a Slack-native brand guide assistant built for Grain & Mortar clients. If something isn't working, reach out — we'll help.

Common issues

• The bot isn't responding. Confirm the workspace has the app installed and that @brandbotis added to the channel you're in.
• Brand guide content looks out of date. Content is cached for 60 seconds. If your team just edited the source brand guide, wait a minute and try again.
• Slash commands return an error. Try /brand help to see the available subcommands.
